Working closely with colleagues in the department and across the academy, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead curriculum planning, teaching and learning at KS3 and KS4, embedding challenge for all and ensuring all students make exceptional progress. If successful as an Associate Assistant Principal, you will also develop numeracy across the whole school curriculum and be part of the extended leadership team. There will also be the opportunity to grow as a leader through a dedicated CPD package, that will equip you for further future progression.
