Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Leading, well-respected major contractor who has an outstanding reputation in the field of civil engineering have a unique opportunity for an individual to join the business in the capacity of Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor, playing a key part in the commercial control and management of a prestigious highways and rail related scheme in Watford area. The suitable individual will be either undertaking a Quantity Surveyor role currently looking for that the next step or employed as Senior Quantity looking for career progression. They will have a track record of success in the construction and / or civil engineering sector and have the drive, vision to and expertise to undertake responsibility for commercial control of sections of work on the project ensuring project delivery and performance to required contractual and commercial constraints. This is a role that offers significant opportunity and reward with an employer that offers progression and return based on merit and ability, coupled with long term career opportunity, based in Essex Salary & Benefits: circa £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate) plus corporate benefits package including car / allowance and bonus.
