Change Management Specialist

Peterborough based manufacturing client seeks a Change Management Specialist to work on implementation of more complex organisational change initiatives that enable the organisation to achieve greater performance. Three years of Change Management in the manufacturing industry is advantageous. This is a contract opportunity. The responsibilities include Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change. Providing consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organisational change. Influencing and leading people to adoption of the organisation's change initiatives to attain business results. Carrying out organisational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans. You will enable change by implementing approaches which prepare individuals to make change successful for the greater performance of the company. You will have Three years involvement in manufacturing Organisational Change Management projects A Certification in Organisational Change Management Microsoft 365 Package including MS Project Power Bi Peterborough based manufacturing client seeks a Change Management Specialist to work on implementation of more complex organisational change initiatives that enable the organisation to achieve greater performance.
