No Offer Description Bioscaffolds fabricated through 3D printing will be utilized to investigate tissue engineering solutions tailored for aged and senescent environments. Additionally, transcriptomic and proteomic analyses will elucidate the molecular interactions between senescent cells, inflammatory mediators, and MSC functionality in the periodontal niche. The project also aims to evaluate the efficacy of innovative regenerative techniques, such as scaffold-based periodontal tissue reconstruction, in restoring lost structures and functionality. By combining insights from cellular biology, tissue engineering, and clinical reconstruction, this project aspires to deliver novel therapeutic strategies that address the challenges of periodontitis in aging populations.
