Vacancies: Senior Project Manager & Projects Supervisor Description: A strategic technical person who manages orders and collaborates on client offers, oversees all ongoing projects, and manages a team. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for the architecture and interior design sectors , who will be responsible for supervising all ongoing projects and a related team. Responsibilities include planning projects, economic and technical control, technical development of the project, site surveys, engineering (Solidworks, 3D and 2D CAD), production control, supervising installation on site, and preparation of all related documents (purchase orders, shop drawings, certifications, and submittals). The PM’s goal is to ensure supervision of all ongoing projects and the related team, compliance with the estimated cost and budget, and adherence to delivery time and quality standards. In addition to operational responsibilities, strong interpersonal dynamics and communication skills are essential, both within Extravega (with colleagues and managers) and externally (with customers, designers, and other subcontractors).
