Job Description

About the Role: As a Contract Management Business Analyst within our IT systems integration project, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary, multi-location agile team that operates within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) release train. Your role is critical in designing, defining, and supporting the delivery of contract management processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery through best practices in requirements engineering, testing, and defect management. You will collaborate with product owners, rollout managers, and other key stakeholders to standardize and scale the product blueprint across markets during rollout phases. Responsibilities : Requirements Engineering (50%) Define detailed requirements and epic/user story acceptance criteria. Collaborate with suppliers to achieve Definition of Ready (DOR). Quality Assurance & Defect Management (10%): Provide testing support and track defects to ensure software quality. Specification Alignment & Dependency Management (10%): Align specifications with other teams/systems and manage dependencies. Scalability & Solution Design (10%): Work with product owners to ensure the solution design is scalable. Transparency & Reporting (10%): Provide clear reporting on specification implementation and testingstatus. Support Agile Transformation (10%): Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the team. Additional Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to corporate and site-specific regulations, including compliance with data protection, safety, environmental, and labor laws. Qualifications: Education : University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements engineering for digital projects. Experience in Financial Services operations and multi-market regulatory environments preferred. Experience with contract management processes/systems is highly valued. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, or SAFe working models. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
