Estates Contract Manager - NHS - PFI

Estates Contract Manager - NHS - PFI - Healthcare - Sheffield - c£53k £5k car allowance For this position, you will be responsible for a standalone wing situated within a larger NHS healthcare site. This PFI part of the hospital was opened around 2009 and features 12 wards over 6 floors. You will manage the contractual elements of this hard FM PFI contract and hold responsibility for a small onsite estates team. The contract is in a healthy place, the relationship with the client is good, and the payment mechanism is modest/minimal. Lifecycle (approx £500k a year) is managed by the companies national lifecycle team with a complete nurse call replacement project lined up for later this year. This role requires someone with an electrical background to take on the Authorised Person responsibilities for High and Low Voltage and someone who has experience of managing Healthcare contracts, preferably with PFI contractual knowledge.
