GCSE English Lecturer Location: Rochdale Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: £18 per hour We are seeking a GCSE English Lecturer for a fantastic college in Rochdale. This role involves a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in teaching GCSE English, focusing on improving student outcomes. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English lessons that focus on improving student outcomes. Utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning experiences. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Support students’ academic and personal growth through effective teaching strategies and mentorship. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and refine English curriculum and teaching resources. Required Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience in teaching GCSE English. A full teaching qualification at level 5 or above, such as a PGCE or Cert Ed. Proficiency in utilising innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
