Job Description : SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant Position : SAP MM Consultant Experience : Minimum 5 Years in SAP, including at least 1 Year in SAP S/4HANA Education : B.Tech / MCA / Equivalent Technical Qualification Location : Noida Employment Type : Permanent Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on leveraging SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA capabilities to streamline procurement and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP MM module implementation, configuration, and support, with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA innovations. Key Responsibilities : SAP MM Implementation and Support : - Configure, implement, and maintain the SAP MM module, addressing procurement and inventory needs. - Provide functional support for day-to-day operational issues and troubleshooting. - Execute end-to-end SAP MM processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P). S/4HANA Expertise : - Utilize SAP S/4HANA functionalities for inventory management and material valuation. - Support migration activities to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring efficient system upgrades. Process Analysis and Optimization : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze material management workflows and identify improvement opportunities. - Develop and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Integration with Other SAP Modules : - Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with modules like SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling). - Manage dependencies and align processes across the SAP landscape. Master Data Management : - Maintain material master, vendor master, and other critical data within the SAP MM system. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of master data. Reporting and Analytics : - Develop and deliver insightful reports on inventory, procurement, and vendor performance using SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools. - Enable data-driven decision-making for procurement and supply chain management. Training and User Support : - Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding of SAP MM functionalities. - Create user manuals and provide ongoing support to resolve user queries. Skills and Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - Strong knowledge of SAP MM, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and material valuation. - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in material management and inventory functionalities. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP MM. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in full-cycle SAP MM implementations, including post-go-live support. Educational Background : - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent qualification. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Preferred : - SAP MM Certification or relevant SAP S/4HANA training. - Familiarity with SAP Ariba and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
