You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring our solutions are integrated seamlessly into client operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique requirements and challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the West Midlands region.
