Senior E&P Design Engineer York, Sheffield and other locations considered Salary range up to £65,000 (plus benefits) Contract will be considered for the correct candidate CETO Talent is delighted to be working with a one of the UK's recognised industry leaders in providing infrastructure services covering the design, installation, upgrading and maintenance of key strategic infrastructure. For this role our client are looking for a Senior Design Engineer working on a hybrid basis within the North of England. · Proficiency in Network Rail E&P design. · Extensive knowledge of Low Voltage / E&P design within Rail. · Previous CRE or able to demonstrate that they meet the performance and knowledge requirements of CRE01 as detailed in NR/L2/RSE/02009/01. · Have experience working on multi-disciplinary projects and interacting with Civils, Signalling, Telecoms, P-Way and OLE. · E&P design experience – Signalling Power, Substation Low Voltage / Building Services, Low Voltage power supplies to lineside equipment, Earthing & Bonding, Low Voltage Station design / platform services, lighting. · Detailed knowledge of MicroStation / ProjectWise / Etap / Trimble (Amtech ProDesign) / Relux. · IEng/CEng accreditation with relevant Engineering Institution or working towards. · Experience within a BIM environment. · Detailed knowledge of CDM Regulations is desirable. · Committed to continuous professional development and learning. · Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. · Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office packages. · Act as design checker and E&P CRE (design) on specific projects as directed by the Discipline Lead. · Manage other members of the E&P Team and provide mentorship to assist their development.
