Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture vital relationships with key stakeholders, including ICBs, NHS England, and local authorities. Operational Excellence: Oversee team operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery while fostering a high-performing environment. Advocacy & Representation: Champion the interests of Hertfordshire pharmacies at local and regional levels.
