Role: Delivery Manager Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to £55k WFH Policy: Need to be able to come into a Cambridge-based office once a week We are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to lead a key project aimed at transforming how this organisation manages its complex network of relationships and interactions. About the Role In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, change management professionals, business analysts, service managers, and subject matter experts. Your Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the delivery of a project focused on implementing a modern HR system to support both staff and external users. Facilitate effective planning and monitoring to ensure a cohesive approach across technical and non-technical teams. Act as a central figure in aligning resources and priorities to deliver results. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, overseeing digital products and services throughout their lifecycle. A strong background in working within cross-functional in-house teams to deliver both third-party and internal products, while driving organisational change and adoption. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
