Role: Associate Director, Cost Management Location : Bristol Project Value: £300m Mixed-Use Development Salary: £75,000-£85,000 benefits Our client is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Cost Management to take charge of a prestigious £300m mixed-use development on the outskirts of Bristol. This high-profile project, delivered through a two-stage procurement process which offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and commercial expertise. The Role Lead on all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring successful delivery through the two-stage procurement process. Manage and mentor a skilled team of up to four Quantity Surveyors at peak. Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract administration, with a focus on NEC contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, contractors, and key stakeholders. About You Extensive experience in quantity surveying, ideally with large-scale mixed-use or comparable projects. A strong understanding of NEC (3/4) contracts, with a proven track record of managing projects under this framework. Experience leading projects through structured two-stage procurement processes. Outstanding leadership skills, including managing and developing high-performing teams. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS or equivalent). Security clearance is highly desirable but not essential.
