Haringey Council is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Relationship Manager to join our Digital and Change Directorate. About the Role As a Business Relationship Manager, you will develop a thorough understanding of one of our directorates (Corporate or People & Place) and provide well-informed advice and guidance to service stakeholders at all levels. You will manage defined stakeholder groups, proactively identify business requirements, and assist in creating business cases. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the business understands and implements new digitally enabled processes, communicating this effectively to senior business managers. Main Responsibilities Initiate and influence relationships with key stakeholders in business change design, management, and implementation. Promote financial and commercial awareness to deliver value-for-money digital services. Conduct analysis of demand for services and influence necessary investments. Manage and be accountable for client satisfaction, responding to queries and complaints. Ensure integration of new technical capabilities into the business. Support the achievement of benefits described in business cases. Identify and assess mid to long-term risks inherent in proposed changes. Ensure compliance with information security, management, and data protection regulations. What We Are Looking For Ideally educated to bachelor’s degree level and/or holds a relevant professional qualification. In-depth technical expertise in various environments and understanding of digital solutions. Expertise in presenting complex information, developing business cases, and influencing stakeholders. Proficiency in managing client relationships and consultancy in the digital environment. Ability to convey confidence and professionalism, positively influencing others. Additionally, at PO8 level, you will: Negotiate at senior level on technical and commercial issues. Influence the development and enhancement of services, products, and systems.
