In this role you will be aiding the success of each franchise through sales coaching and advising, with over 300 franchises in the UK with another 70 to open in the next year, this company can provide ongoing roots to progress upward in your career to even directorship level. Your commission will be directly based off the success of each franchise you are responsible for. You will play a key role in monitoring the sales and profit, whilst providing ongoing training, support and advising, building relationships with franchisees and analysing KPI's.
