Interim HR Role – Competitive Day Rate Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading national property maintenance group, is seeking interim HR support. Key Objectives: Implementing organisation design – including role definitions, hiring support, and redundancy management. Conducting compensation and benefits analysis with actionable recommendations. Delivering against Q1 HR and People Change Plan milestones. Supporting the rollout of Group policies and processes. Assisting with system requirements and associated implementations (aligned with the IT roadmap). Key Details: Competitive day rate. Initial 3-month contract with the potential to extend. Reporting to the Business Support Director and Integration Director. Start Date: ASAP Location: Stratford, London (2-3 days per week) Key Requirements: A delivery-focused professional with strong analytical skills. A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Experience working with frontline employee organisations (e.g., facilities, retail). Familiarity with project environments such as integration, transformation, or restructuring.
