Known for its expertise in all aspects of property disputes, the team works across a wide range of sectors, offering high-quality advice and representation to clients on both commercial and residential property issues. Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Senior Associate 5 PQE to join its Property Litigation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied and complex caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients, and driving the team's continued success. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse range of property litigation matters, including disputes involving land, leases, tenancy agreements, and property-related claims. Providing high-quality legal advice to clients, including large corporations, landlords, tenants, and property investors. Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Working closely with clients to understand their business and strategic objectives, tailoring advice accordingly. Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees, providing guidance and support in their development. Contributing to the firm’s business development efforts by participating in client meetings, preparing presentations, and developing strong client relationships.
