Data Transformation Programme Manager

We are working with a Local Authority based in the South West who are looking for a Data Transformation Programme Manager. Please see an overview below: Set-up: Remote/Hybrid - to be discussed Rate: £675 per Outside IR35 Duration: Initial 8-month contract Hours: Full-time position Responsibilities include: Leading a corporate data transformation programme that significantly improved data architecture and delivered tangible benefits to services and residents Working collaboratively across the whole council, ideally with evidence of working with hub-and-spoke or matrix management arrangements Working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL as enterprise solutions, and integrating these with a variety of line of business systems Essential demonstrable experience of local government having worked within a local authority, at a senior level Requirements: Essential demonstrable experience of local government having worked within a local authority, at a senior level Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to rapidly demonstrate the value of improved data Self-starter with ability to independently shape and deliver a brief, using limited resources and managing upwards to ensure senior management visibility
