Head of Department/ Senior Solicitor

Key Responsibilities : Maximize Current Customer Base : Leverage the firm's existing relationships to increase turnover, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance customer loyalty. Strategic Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise the firm's profile with clients who may not yet be familiar with our services. This includes digital marketing, email campaigns, and creating a strong online presence, particularly in areas like Burnley, where competition is limited. Growth of Specific Departments : Focus on the growth of the commercial sector, which is currently underdeveloped. Look for opportunities in commercial disputes, property law, and litigation. Particularly, we're seeking experienced litigators with expertise in areas such as property law and commercial disputes. Team Leadership and Development : Take on leadership responsibilities, overseeing the expansion of key departments and nurturing junior team members, offering them growth opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile : PQE 6 : Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience within their respective practice area.
