The Role: Title: Business Development Manager Locations: Field-based, Cardiff, Newport or Bristol Salary: Competitive basic salary of £30,000 OTE more than £50,000 - includes car, phone, laptop, Pension. A full training program is provided with innovative sales aids and a proven sales approach. The Company: Mil-tek. In the UK, Mil-tek offer a full national service to our customers, providing sales and technical back up out of our national office in Buckley. Mil-tek is accredited/certified in EN16500, ISO14001, ISO9001 New Segment targeted products are planned in consecutive years, ensuring continued growth and commission opportunities What You Can Expect: Based from home, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing national business that is ramping up its sales force over the next 24 months. A full 12-month training program has been put together with high tech sales aids and customer relationship tools to assist you in organizing a successful sales territory. Full support will be given from day one, including sales leads from our heavily marketed website, customer segment-specific campaigns and exhibitions, which you will be required to attend in the UK. Your territory is exclusive to you; all sales/rentals you agree will earn you commission. The results you achieve will match the hard work you put in and the learning you gain from the extensive training provided. You will work closely with the UK team, the International Sales Director and the sales and technical team to promote the Mil-tek solution into your territory, using the state-of-the-art sales aids provided. What we Expect: A graduate ideally (although not a requirement), you will have some experience of face-to-face interaction with third parties in your current or previous roles An ability to learn and adapt to new processes Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages – a knowledge of CRM would be an advantage A background in sales is an advantage but not a necessity More important is hunger, a drive to succeed and a willingness to find your own customers and provide them with cost-saving, and sustainable solutions from our unique product range and approach to the market.
