Workplace Infrastructure Engineer

Workplace Infrastructure Engineer Craigavon CTA are looking for a Workplace Infrastructure Engineer who will work across a wide range of technologies from support to delivery on a secure distributed infrastructure environment. You will provide specialist engineering support from workplace solutions, application packaging, configuration/patching and projects across the organisation. The successful candidate will join a team working with Cloud and M365 with technical ownership and high priority technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT solutions. Provide expert-level support for incident and problem resolution. Ensure high availability and performance of critical IT services. Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects. Tech stack: Cloud and Microsoft technologies M365, Azure AD, Intune, MEM End-Point Protection, Unified Comms Mimecast, Cyber Security & Detection This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to be challenged in a wide range of technologies in Workplace Infrastructure with further investment planned in 2025 with new solutions and projects. This role will entail 5 days per week in the office.
