HR Manager

Tasks As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Coordinating onboarding, performance evaluation, soft skills training, development and administration, disciplinary and law personnel management. Supervising the job description process. Supervising and performing recruiting to meet personnel needs. Supervising timekeeping, personnel administration, and personnel contracts, and providing guidance. Supervising payroll flow from and to the external labour consultant. Negotiate Union Agreements in cooperation with the Managing Director. Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics. Supervising and granting Medical Visits (pre-employment, periodical, etc.). Supervising and managing LHT system. Serving as point of contact for GDPR internal LHT Lawyer. Requirements Degree in a relevant field is required (Labor Law, Economic). Proficiency in English and Italian is required. At least 3 years of experience in an HR business partner role or equivalent. Must possess permit to work in Italy. Personal Competencies Considers the long-term consequences of own actions and decisions.
