Job Description Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Draft and update the "Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi Aziendali" for each site and work process that is subject to potential risks, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Manage and maintain environmental, health and safety management systems in the workplace in accordance with company policies, including systems audits, document control, and record keeping. Ensure that the conduct of activities in the areas of competence and responsibility complies with all the HSE legal and business requirements. Be directly involved in all HSE aspects, from planning to implementation and completion of all necessary actions to ensure the safe conduct of the activity. Perform an appropriate work-related risks assessment and implement safe systems of work, contacting external consultancy when necessary, to keep risks under control for employees, contractors, visitors, and citizens. Provide adequate information and training (with HR support) to all workers, enabling them to operate safely, respecting themselves, others, and the environment; contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate training programs to ensure that each worker receives all the necessary training in the field of HSE and is aware of procedures to follow. Ensure that all accidents, injuries, violations of environmental permits, and near misses are thoroughly investigated and recorded. Coordinate the implementation of appropriate prevention and protection measures (in collaboration with management) to avoid the recurrence of accidents, incidents, and violations of environmental permits and ensure a proactive response to all near misses. Coordinate the activity of the Doctor for the entire cycle of initiatives required by the Medicina Aziendale service (pre-hiring medical check, medical fitness, periodic check). Interact with the Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza and manage the process and communication with them. Ensure that the sites have an adequate emergency plan and that all staff are adequately trained to handle all emergency scenarios identified so that they can readily face emergencies that may arise. Be an ambassador of a safety culture promoting a deep process analysis in case of mistakes to find the corrective actions. Plan health checks and identify the task (working position) consistent with the characteristics of the person. Requirements: Nice to have similar experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Technical education. Languages: good English knowledge. Knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail, curiosity in investigating unknown aspects, and ability to withstand pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage good relationships with all levels.
