Cost Controller EMEA

Dolce & Gabbana , a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division based in the HQ in Milan. We are currently seeking a Cost Controller as part of our amazing team EMEA in Milan. This position involves working on several business models (Export, Direct to market, e-commerce, travel retail) and interacting with the EMEA controlling team, HQ finance and accounting, budget owners and local finance team for subsidiaries. Missions: Analysis and Reporting Liaise closely with budget owner to understand the activity across the different business models, team structure and cost categories. Build a map to ensure a clear view from Gross to Net, Advertising and Promotion and Administrative cost, with a simplified and structured insight on booking, timing and ownership of the cost. Develop a periodic dashboard to be provided to the different budget owners to analyze, keep track and communicate of the cost evolution. Follow up and control any discrepancy vs plan, with proper alert and timely correction. Budget and Planning Support the EMEA controlling team providing analysis on the main drivers and value-added explanations on activity. Actively support the budget owner and controlling team during the preparation of the Budget and revised plan. Consolidate and analyze the cost submission during budget and revised, with a focus on phasing accuracy. Data quality control and financial closing Work in liaison with accounting team during month-end process to recognize operational activities in the books. Ensure the proper calculation and accrual booking for Export markets A&P, in liaison with budget owners. Ensure the proper management of the cost booking and allocation with HQ finance team and budget owner following corporate guidelines. Challenge and control data quality in SAP. Monitor the cashflow impact with actual and projection follow up. Requirements: Working Proficiency in English SAP and Excel Previous Experience: 3 years of experience in controlling roles.
