Export Senior Manager - USA, EU

Chaberton Professionals , the division of Chaberton Partners specialized in the Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently seeking a Export Senior Manager specialized in the USA and European market on behalf of a prestigious client in the luxury furniture industry, based in the north of Italy. The profile will have the following responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve export sales objectives in the assigned areas; Manage and develop relationships with clients; Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets; Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives; Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; Participate in international fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand and products; Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management. The profile will have the following requirements: Proven experience as an Export Area Manager in the furniture sector, experience in selling high-end products is essential ; Fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency in a third language being a plus; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Availability to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time) to meet clients and attend industry events; A degree in Economics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
