We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic Branch Manager for our branch office at Malpensa Airport . The main responsibilities are: Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service. Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.). Control operating costs to achieve the targets. Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and by encouraging the team to achieve them. Assist customers in operational management (considered as one more person in the office when organizing schedules). Ensure a good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and level of commitment. Report to management on the operation, results, incidents, and receive the necessary guidelines. Minimum requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business. Experience as a coordinator of another operator will be valued. Knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: types of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling systems, etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
