Manager - SAP PPDS Module

Digital Intervention is playing a major role in supporting the fast paced growth and as part of digital transformation, Supply Chain team is driving a high profile implementation project of Production Planning and Detailed scheduling (DELMIA Quintiq) and Manufacturing Execution System (DELMIA Apriso) Manager (IT & SAP) Department Hierarchy IT & SAP - PPDS Functional-Apriso Experience range (Years) 6 years - 10 years The client is looking for an MES functional lead at Manager level posted at its Jajpur Plant in Jajpur Understands and designs MES software solutions (DLEMIA Apriso) to meet end user's requirements. - Works on system integration design with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodology. - Interacts with Business for requirements and writes functional specification for Apriso related development. - Does system configuration and provides requirements to Apriso developer - Does functional unit testing and integration testing in Apriso - Conducts User acceptance testing with Business - Provide regular day to day support to business on Apriso - Manages project, change request and support governance - Manages cordial relation with business Primary Skills Required : - Should have worked into MES implementation preferably Delmia Apriso - Should be familiar with MES (Manufacturing execution system) domain & terminologies. - Should have worked on Apriso Desktop client configuration tool Integrator - Should have worked on Global Process Manager for deployment - Should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills - Should have interfacing experience with SAP/ERP,PPDS and machines - Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use cases, User Experience needed in the domain of MOM/MES Secondary Skills Required : - Should have knowledge of SAP PP/QM Module and integration with any third party tool - Proficiency in MS Excel Qualification and Experience : - A bachelor/master's degree in Engineering - Minimum 6 years of total experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in Steel manufacturing or Process Industry - 3 years experience in Apriso MES - Experience in Industry into Planning and execution will be nice to have - Certification in "3ds Quintiq software" will be added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
