Corporate Receptionist

The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing top-quality service to visitors and employees alike. Main Responsibilities: Greeting and attending to visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction. Managing incoming calls and emails. Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing them for use. Receiving and distributing mail and packages. Providing administrative support to various departments. Maintaining the reception area in optimal condition. Requirements: Advanced level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written. Proven experience in similar roles. Additional language skills are highly valued. Proficiency in basic IT tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). Key Skills: Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Adaptability and flexibility. A proactive and positive attitude. Attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments. Efficient problem-solving skills.
