ROLE PROFILE: Managing and maintaining schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Directors. Prepare agendas for meetings; taking notes and ensuring actions are tracked. Co-ordinating and preparing information for meetings; to include reports and presentations. Support the Directors in project work & ensure deadlines are met. Managing expenses for the Directors and wider team. Supporting Directors in drafting business contracts. PERSON PROFILE: Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role. Versatile approach to work. Must have an interest in sport. Creative mindset and passionate about working with a likeminded team. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Creative problem solver. High levels of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent MS Office skills; specifically Powerpoint.
