Property Inspector/ Property Manager , Liverpool, up to £30k DOE Our client is an independently owned, ambitious and growing Property organisation, who are seeking to recruit a Property Lettings & Maintenance Manager to join them. Role Responsibilities: Manage inspections, book them in, carry them out and ensure that reports are sent to landlords in a timely manner Day-to-day running of property lettings/management portfolio in the Liverpool area Liaising with tenants, landlords and maintenance contractors via telephone and email Scheduling ongoing repairs and refurbishments of properties within portfolio Ensuring legal compliance Producing digital reports Creating and maintaining move-in and move-out inventories. Administering new and renewing tenancy agreements.
