Expect to: Inspect properties and craft solutions to maintain high standards. Manage contractors and ensure projects stay on track and budget. About You You bring a mix of technical knowledge and people skills. You’ll need: An HNC or equivalent in a building construction-related field plus 2 years of experience. Sharp organizational skills to juggle deadlines and priorities. A knack for clear communication—whether writing reports or advising clients.
