2nd Line IT Support Technician Location: Louth, Lincolnshire (Onsite x5 days per week) Length: 3 months (Initial contract) Rate: £225 per day (Inside IR35) Role Profile To provide second-line technical support for the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications. Understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with SharePoint administration and content management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
