Job Description
Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Potters Bar, Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and providing support to various teams. Key Responsibilities: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operation. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and directing them as necessary. Maintaining office filing systems and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members. Preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations. Assisting with accounts and basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing and tracking expenses. Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics for staff. Managing office communications and supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
