Job Description

In alignment with Richemont Europe's security strategy and objectives, the Security Specialist collaborates with the security team to implement projects, concepts, directives, and strategies across the Market. How will you make an impact? You will: Work closely with the security team and staff and other business partners to ensure compliance with Richemont Security Directives and contributes to the development and implementation of compliant security solutions. Participate in the process of reviewing and implementing Richemont's constructive and technical specifications within Richemont locations, aimed to ensure adherence to guidelines. Support the team for new and renovated boutiques projects from a security perspective, ensuring system contractors are managed and Richemont guidelines are implemented accordingly. Assist the security team in implementing operational procedures for each main location. Participate in conducting training related to security matters and implements best practices. Conduct regular Boutique and location visits to support security initiatives. Collaborate with the security team in the preparation of concepts for security activities and assists in overseeing the proper implementation of the concept. Monitor KPI's and SLA compliance for external suppliers, highlighting and identifying breaches in Richemont guideline. Work with the security team to develop and implement a compliance strategy for external suppliers, participating in reviews with security providers to ensure the highest standards are maintained and action plans are developed where necessary. How will you experience success with us? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Previous experience in a physical security role. Security certifications such as UNI 10459:2017. Experience with security technology (intrusion detection systems, video analytics, and access control software). Experience with security training and awareness programs. Confident with IT and digital systems. Solution-oriented, proactive, takes initiative on projects, is well-organized, demonstrates attention to details, ability to work and perform effectively in a constantly changing environment.
