Head of Finance Control Department Responsibilities: Supervision and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast consolidated with all business units. Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, compiling information from business units and assuring the accuracy of the information received. Supervise and review financial results & budgets with the Budget & Reporting team. Compile and review the monthly KPI consolidated presentation. Ensure consistency and proper maintenance of the affiliate financial reporting model. Coordinate and distribute for signatures the annual Budget delegation for all Directors. Assist in the preparation of and attend the yearly Methods meeting with HQ Finance. Ensure internal procedures relating to the Budget & Reporting function are up to date. Support management and the SOX Controls Coordinator in the execution of SOX Controls. Provide team leadership and direction, organizing workload efficiently. Qualifications: Business School or master’s degree in accounting / finance. At least 10 years’ experience in Finance, encompassing Reporting, Economics, Cost Control, and management functions. Thorough knowledge of O&G contracts and financial EP matters and rules. Strong analysis and correlation skills, with a capacity for synthesizing, conscientiousness, and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet sharp deadlines. Managerial skills, networking, and team spirit. Proactivity and high autonomy are essential. English and Italian mandatory. J-18808-Ljbffr
