The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that each design meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered. Sufficient post-qualification experience in a similar role. Excellent technical abilities. Develop and lead design concepts for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to design specifications. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
