My client is a respected bespoke and growing main contractor and social housing provider based in Hampshire on , mixed use schemes government , and residential construction projects up to £50 million in value . The scheme is site based dealing with procurement of sub contract packages in this first phase of 3 similar priced projects over the next 4 years Reporting to the Commercial Director for the project and working with the project team you will be well versed in the and enjoy both live schemes and fast paced procurement to assist the commercial team to hand this project over successfully . Ideally candidates will be degree qualified or HNC/ONC have experience with lager logistically challenging schemes previously in excess of £10 million.
