Developing existing relationships and developing new business partnerships. Managing projects within end-users such as universities, schools and research facilities. Providing specialist knowledge and support to customers on projects Nurturing sales from initial contact through to completion and hand over Values range between £5k to £300kThe Candidate for the Area Sales Manager position: Strong construction sales professional with knowledge of architects and contractor led sales. Able to produce quotations and negotiate contracts Familiarity with fit-outs is very advantageous, knowledge of construction sales is mandatory.
