Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Daily updating and reconciling of rebate control accounts Claiming of supplier pass through rebates Crediting retail customer debit notes Raising disputes with large retail customers Stock adjustments and stock revaluations Coding supplier credit notes Updating retail SOA rebate log Basic general ledger reallocation journals Assisting with general admin duties as required Experience: Comfortable and experienced with Excel (lookups) Previous finance experience of 2 years Strong organisational skills Good attention to detail VIP Computer Centre Ltd is an independent and entrepreneurial business which has been at the core of the IT Distribution Channel for over 30 years.
