Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of NEC option A contracts and a background in managing civil engineering packages. If this sounds like you, then Brownlee Cale have an exciting opportunity for you to work on a major civil engineering project in Nottingham. About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our organisation, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the project, Conducting detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for civil engineering packages Managing and negotiating NEC option A contracts efficiently. Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness Commercial forecasting, CVR’s, Project status reports, Measures Subcontract Management, Procurement Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying In-depth knowledge and practical experience with NEC contracts. Previous experience commercial managing civil packages up to £10m This is a contract role (Outside IR35) for a duration of 18 months. Please note, this role will require individuals to be based on-site 3 to 4 days p/week
