Sales Engineer, Italy

At Acertto Talent Linkers we specialise in the search and selection of talent for the industrial sector. We are looking for an experienced sales engineer for an important international manufacturer of building products. The individual will be responsible for the development and management of customers on the national market, with a particular focus on Northern Italy. The position involves a hybrid working modality with the availability to carry out frequent sales visits. Main responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, develop long-term relationships, and manage accounts - distribution channel and resellers. Prepare offers, manage the negotiation of terms and margins for the assigned area. Monitor market trends and competition. Conduct customer visits and participate in trade fairs and industry events. Maintain and retain assigned customers. Report to Management and collaborate with the departments involved. Carry out follow-up of own activity. Minimum Requirements: Engineering studies. Knowledge of photovoltaic structures. Experience in selling B2B products to distributors. Experience in a production/manufacturing company.
