We're recruiting for an Engineering Lead for a Fintech Client based in the heart of Manchester. Your Impact Mentor and support a team of 5 engineers, driving professional development and inspiring growth. Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to align and achieve goals. Oversee operational health, compliance, and strategic planning. Design and operate critical systems while staying on top of industry trends. C# .Net Technology StackWhat You'll Bring Leadership Skills Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to foster a collaborative, inspiring team environment.Technical Expertise Experience with microservices architecture in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes). Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and public cloud (Azure preferred). Passion for automation and scalable solutions.
