Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a leading principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £50Mil - £150Mil As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Commercial Office Cut Carve project. This project will be taken to CAT A fitout. You will lead the day to design management of this project, reporting into a Senior Design Manager who leads multiple projects. This contractor has just won several projects, so the project you lead will be determined by skillset and business need. All project are based within central London, and valued between £60m-£100m. Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful commercial refurbishments where you've worked as the day-to-day design lead. Other relevant sector experience will also be looked at. Due to client requirements, good sustainability experience is desirable – especially low carbon experience/knowledge.
