Banking & Finance Lawyers

A prestigious law firm in Central London is seeking a Finance Lawyer to join its expanding and ambitious Banking & Finance practice. The role encompasses a broad range of banking and finance matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions, especially those involving private equity. The successful candidate will provide debt finance support to a diverse clientele, including leading institutional and entrepreneurial clients. There may also be opportunities to engage in restructuring work; therefore, while not essential, some experience in this area would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales, and have 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience gained within a highly regarded Finance practice in the UK.
