About the Role A leading Top 50 law firm is seeking an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join its expanding and diverse team. The role will focus on managing a caseload of Health & Safety and Transport Regulatory matters while supporting the department's broader work, which includes criminal, environmental, CQC, and professional regulatory cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile matters for industry-leading clients, including those in the transport and logistics sectors. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety: Providing expert advice to organisations and individuals on compliance and risk management. Delivering training sessions on health and safety topics. Conducting compliance reviews and internal investigations following incidents or near misses. Representing clients during investigations by authorities such as the HSE, police, or local councils. Defending clients in prosecutions related to health and safety, food safety, and fire safety. Transport Regulatory: Advising on the operator licensing regime under the Office of the Traffic Commissioner. Representing clients during PACE interviews with DVSA or other regulators. About You You are a proactive solicitor with expertise in regulatory law, ideally in health and safety or transport regulatory matters. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a busy, growing team. You are committed to delivering high-quality service and have strong communication and advocacy skills.
