The Firm Our client is a city firm with a thriving international practice.They are a full service law firm undergoing an exciting period of growth, with plans to expand throughout 2025. Solicitors at the firm come from a diverse background, whether they have worked in city or global firms, they all share the same passion for law. The Role As part of the Corporate team you will: Work with a diverse client base of businesses from large enterprises to SMEs and start ups. Provide expert advice on both contentious and non contentious corporate matters, including transactional and contractual issues, disputes, and company law. Leverage the firm’s international reach to support clients operating across the UK, Europe, Asia, Turkey, and beyond. About you You should have a strong background in corporate commercial law with substantial post qualification experience You will be confident in independently handling files, with access to partner support when needed You should possess leadership skills and have experience in supervision A small following of work is advantageous but not a necessity.
