Job Description

Morgan Hunt has various opportunities for experienced Customer Service Administrators with our Higher Education client based in Glasgow. Temporary role - starting immediately until at least the end of March Pay rate 12.92 Office based - no hybrid working option Job duties: Build and develop a knowledge of Admissions processes, legislative and compliance procedures Managing Admissions related enquiries via various channels - email, telephone and face to face Pre-application support for students prior to submission to enhance application quality Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders within Admissions to support with the enquiry management Completing various administration tasks in relation to the Admissions process Skills and experience: First class customer service skills Competent IT skills particular with MS office packages Database management and experience working with bespoke databases Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively Experience working in a customer service environment Higher education experience would be beneficial Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
