Materials & Production Planner Glasgow - Onsite Are you an experienced Materials Planner or Production Planner with experience of planning in a manufacturing environment? About the Role As a Materials and Production Coordinator, you’ll take charge of managing materials and ensuring efficient production processes. Your expertise in SAP will be vital as you raise purchase orders, oversee SKU master data, and ensure the production plan runs smoothly. What You’ll Do Create specifications and manage bills of materials on SAP. Monitor material stock levels to prevent shortages or surpluses. Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices efficiently. Ensure all materials meet quality standards, addressing any non-compliance issues. Assist with production schedules and manage documentation with precision. What You Bring 3-5 years in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain. Strong knowledge of SAP for materials and production. Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. A background in procurement or supply chain management is a plus What’s on Offer?
