Job Title: HR Coordinator (Immediate Start) Location: Castleford Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum Have to be able to interview this week Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Castleford on a 6-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be proficient in using HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR role. Proficiency in using HR system called One Advance. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of £25,000 - £26,000.
